Wisconsin

Ok so tonight, we went downtown Norfolk to shoot some pics with Tom and Chris. Unfortunately, my tiny camera doesn't do justice to the site. You should see what they got with their professional equipment... But here it is anyways...

This is still an awesome effort Vickie!!

Really well done. Did you use a tripod considering the low light or did you meter the camera on a brighter spot on the subject??

Thanks! nop, no tripod, just the camera, no flash, as is with the natural light, plain simple. This one might have been on the night shot setting but I'm not 100 % positive, I actually don't see much difference between just the auto feature and the night one.

sorry rectification, the light from the museum and the street light are reflecting on the boat. I didn't change or do anything but that's what you see on the left side of the ship.

I was looking for pixelation due to the camera pushing the Iso, but the ambient lighiting really helped... Again, well done!

Did you guys hear the sad news... Polaroid announced yesterday they will not be making anymore film for their cameras? I am pissed because I have 4 or 5 Land Cameras that I had rewired for AA and now they are just collector pieces! I loved those ole' cameras! You could get a positive photo and a negative for the enlarger in one shot! Ole school is going, going Gone! What next?... No 120?

I heard that too Nate. Also, Kodak has classified B&W paper as "art" paper now, and they are cutting their production to 20%. Welcome to the Digital Age, amigo.
